Book Review: Bad Dad

Bad Dad is one of the best books I have read. Once you start to read it you won’t want to put it down. It’s incredibly funny because the author, David Williams, has good narrative speech.

My favourite characters in this book are Frank, the son, Gilbert, the dad, Aunt Flip, Judith the church lady and Raj the shopkeeper.

The hilarious story is about a family who are poor. The dad decide to borrow some money but triple the amount! Throughout the story the dad makes silly mistakes which causes him to end up in prison!! His son, Frank, plans to help with dad get out. It’s a great story with brilliant twists. Definitely worth a read over half term.
