Tim Peake | Y2
Class Teacher: Mr Caton
High Level Teaching Assistant: Mrs Dobson
Welcome to the Perfect Peake class page! We are one of the Year Two classes here at Dartford Bridge Community Primary School. We are named after the famous British astronaut Tim Peake. Tim Peake spent 186 days in space. In total he spend 26 weeks, 3 days, 23 hours, 11 minutes and 50 seconds, could you last that long? We are lucky to have Mr Caton as our class teacher and Mrs Dobson as our Higher Level Teaching Assistant. This year we will be building on our knowledge from Year One.
Our classroom is packed with many things to help us learn! We have a ‘Wow Work Wall’ where we can show off our outstanding work. We also have a washing line to display all the wonderful learning we have been doing each week. Our class uses class dojo points. We can get dojo points for amazing work! We also use class table points, where we have to work together in our table groups, to earn points. To earn table points we have to work as a team to ensure we follow instructions, keep our table tidy and complete our work. Each Friday the table with the most points get a prize. We also follow the ‘Good to be green’ philosophy in our class. We all want to maintain good behaviour and want to be on green at the end of each day.
We are all looking forward to another fantastic year with Mr Caton and Mrs Dobson.
