The Dartford Bridge Learning & Community Campus brings together various Kent County Council services. This includes Kent Youth Service, Library Access Point, Kent Adult Social Services, Children’s Social Services, Pre-School and Community Primary School.
Skanska Facilities Services on behalf of Kent County Council is responsible for the smooth operation of the building.
The services provided to the buildings occupants
- General housekeeping services
- Front-of-house, reception, security
- Waste management (including recycling)
- Management and monitoring of planned and reactive maintenance
- Customer Liaison
- Post distribution and dispatch
- Car park management
- Training of first-aiders and fire wardens
- Minor building refurbishment
The Campus offers rooms for hire. The Community Hall is great for parties and meetings. Reception is happy to show people the facilities. Please visit the main reception for more information and to make a booking or call 01322 424001 – please do not contact the school.
The Youth service within the Campus offers many opportunities for young people aged twelve to nineteen. Activities include art, drama, music, bands and much more!
The Library Access point allows members of any Kent Library to be able to come to the access point in the main reception and order books on the computer. The books will be delivered to the point of collection. Once read there are two drop-off points for books to be left in, saving a trip to Dartford library. Please ask reception for help using the computers as a pin must be collected from Dartford library first.
